Prisca Bolger was a hobbit who was born to Polo Baggins and an unnamed mother. She was the younger sister of Posco Baggins and the wife of Wilibald Bolger, as well as the mother of Wilimar, Heribald and Nora Bolger.
Biography[]
On October 5, 2990 3A, at the age 60, she, alongside her husband and friends rebelled against the Ruffians, led by Bill Ruffin, that took over the Shire for nearly a month. Prisca refused to cooperate with the Ruffians' laws and fought against them when Gandalf arrived. Prisca fought in the Battle of Bywater and was killed by a Hill troll that swung its arm at her very hard.
